Pasta is a classic dish that can be dressed up or down depending on your mood. To make a hot pepper pasta, cook your favorite pasta according to the package instructions, and sauté hot peppers, garlic, and onions in oil until the peppers are tender. Toss the pasta with the hot pepper mixture and grated cheese, and finish with a sprinkle of hot pepper flakes on top. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the super hot peppers, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the hot pepper mixture. Toss to combine, adding a splash of the reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the hot pepper pasta immediately, garnished with fresh basil or parsley, and enjoy!

Notes:

If you prefer less heat, you can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes and spices to taste.

Be sure to handle super hot peppers with care and use gloves if necessary. It's important to finely chop the peppers to distribute the heat evenly throughout the dish. If you prefer a milder version, you can substitute milder peppers or reduce the amount of super hot peppers used.
