Stir fry is a classic dish that is quick and easy to prepare, making it a perfect weeknight dinner option. To make a hot pepper stir fry, you will need to chop up some vegetables, meat, and super hot peppers. You can use any vegetables you have on hand, such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Next, heat some oil in a large pan over high heat and stir fry the meat until it is cooked through. Add the vegetables and hot peppers to the pan and stir fry until they are tender. Finally, add some soy sauce and seasonings to taste, and serve over rice or noodles.

  1. Cut the protein into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside. Cut the vegetables into similarly sized pieces and thinly slice the super hot peppers.
  2. Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the protein and stir fry until it is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables and super hot peppers to the pan and continue to stir fry until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the hot pepper stir fry over cooked rice or noodles, and enjoy!

Be sure to handle super hot peppers with care and use gloves if necessary. It's important to finely chop the peppers to distribute the heat evenly throughout the dish. If you prefer a milder version, you can substitute milder peppers or reduce the amount of super hot peppers used. Additionally, you can adjust the amount of soy sauce and seasonings to taste.
