Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir-fry until the onions are soft.
  5. Add the super hot peppers and diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry until well mixed.
  7. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the bell peppers and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Be sure to handle super hot peppers with care and use gloves if necessary. It's important to finely chop the peppers to distribute the heat evenly throughout the dish. If you prefer a milder version, you can substitute milder peppers or reduce the amount of super hot peppers used. You can also use ground chicken or turkey instead of ground beef. For a vegetarian option, you can replace the ground meat with tofu or mushrooms.
