Tacos are a fun and versatile meal that can be dressed up or down depending on your mood. To make hot pepper tacos, simply fill a tortilla with cooked meat, diced hot peppers, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. You can use any meat you prefer, such as chicken, beef, or pork, and add as much or as little heat as you like by adjusting the amount of hot peppers you use. Serve with a side of rice or beans, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut the protein into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside. Thinly slice the super hot peppers.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the protein and stir fry until it is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and super hot peppers, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the spices are fragrant.
  4. Warm the taco shells in the oven or on the stovetop, and fill each shell with the hot pepper mixture.
  5. Top the tacos with your preferred toppings and enjoy!

Notes:

Be sure to handle super hot peppers with care and use gloves if necessary. It's important to finely chop the peppers to distribute the heat evenly throughout the dish. If you prefer a milder version, you can substitute milder peppers or reduce the amount of super hot peppers used. Additionally, you can adjust the amount of spices and seasonings to taste.
